Squarespace VIP Day

Your Squarespace VIP Day happens over one specific day starting at 8.45am UK time. You'll need to be available for quick feedback to make the most of our focused time together.

For countries with a time difference, there may be some flexibility on the day’s timings.

Use your VIP day however you need - whether it's designing a simple new 1 page website (up to 10 sections), refreshing your existing site, or optimising it for SEO.

For new websites, the main content is limited to 500 words (excluding FAQs & Testimonials) to ensure I can properly structure and refine the sections included.

I usually recommend giving yourself at least 2 weeks (3 optimum) to gather your content and get prepared.

We use two tools in order to be super-organised for your website build - my VIP Vault and a shared Google folder.

The VIP Vault gives you all info you need to get prepared for your website.

On the Google drive, you’ll find documents to upload your content with useful copy prompts so you provide the right content.

All final content must be uploaded to our shared Google drive at least 7 days in advance of your first booked VIP day so that I can do my prep work. If you’re delayed, I will need to move your booking.

Once your copy is uploaded, we connect for a 1 hour Strategy Call 5-7 days before your VIP day. On this call, we will get clarity on the overall design direction for your website so that we hit the ground running on your VIP Day.

You know your business best, so you'll provide the core website copy - but don't worry, I'll create impactful headlines and calls-to-action to make your message shine.

Looking to make your words as impactful as your design? I partner with trusted copywriters who can create fresh content, or I can help enhance your existing copy using custom-designed AI prompts for authentic, high-quality content. This service is available at an hourly rate and must be completed before your VIP day.

You’re welcome to provide your own images, or I can source them for you. Finding the right stock imagery takes time, which will affect how much design I can achieve in a day. If if you prefer, you can book an additional Power Hour ahead of the VIP Day and we can source images on a live call together.

Professional photography is a must for a polished, high-quality website. You'll need at least a couple of well-shot, professional images—but I highly recommend investing in a branding photoshoot. It not only enhances your website’s design but also elevates your professional presence, helping you make a stronger, more lasting impression.

You’ll need to register a domain name to launch your website. I recommend purchasing this through 123 Reg.

A Squarespace Business Hosting plan is required for your website. I don't work with Personal plans as I’m unable to to use advanced coding and design features needed for your site.

To achieve a more refined look, I may suggest custom fonts, premium images, or specific plugins. I'll always discuss any additional costs with you and get your approval before proceeding.

For advanced design features beyond Squarespace's standard options, I use Squarekicker plugin. These custom elements remain intact when you take over the site. However, if you need to edit these specific sections yourself later, you'll need to either purchase a month of Squarekicker or book me for a Squarespace Mini-Session.

We complete all work, including revisions, within your scheduled VIP Days. We set aside time at the end of each day specifically for revisions and refinements.

If you spot anything that needs amending once the VIP Days have wrapped up, you have 30 minutes of revisions within 7 days.

After your VIP Day has wrapped up, you'll receive 14 days of email support for any tech questions related to your website. Support is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during business hours.

30 minutes of small revisions are offered within 7 days.
